Other fruits & Vegetables: Apart
from vitamin C & vitamin A rich vegetable fruits, you require at least two
other types or fruits or vegetables daily, for extra fiber, vita &

particularly the “B” vitamin which is needed for during pregnancy. These

Selenium, magnesium, which are essential nutrients during pregnancy.
Iron Rich Foods:
Since a large amount of iron is essential for developing blood supply the fetus
and for you. Eating Good nutrition and diet food which as rich in Vita & Iron in
the same real will increase absorption of Iron.
Vitamin C Foods:
You and your baby need good diet and nutrition of vitamin C for proper
growth & development of strong bones & teeth. Vitamin C can’t be stored
in the body, so a fresh supply in need every day.
Calcium Foods: Good nutrition plans for Growing children need plenty of calcium for strong bones
& teeth. So growing fetus on their way to become growing children. Calcium
is also vital for muscle, heart & never develops, and blood clotting &
enzyme activity.
Take fruit with every meal,
